Midtown Madness 3 is a video game developed by EA Digital Illusions CE AB and released for the original Xbox by Microsoft Games in 2003. It is the sequel to Midtown Madness 2 and the third and final installment of the Midtown Madness series. It was to be released for the PC (just like the first two games), but because they wanted to promote the original Xbox, it was canceled. It is also one of the original Xbox games incompatible with the Xbox 360 since backwards-compatibility for this game was probably also planned, but for unknown reasons, it was also scrapped.
